The General Partner has formed an Alberta Limited Partnership named: “GOLDEN ARROW ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP”.

 

Golden Arrow Entertainment Limited Partnership is offering
Limited Partnership units to “Accredited Investors” only pursuant
to exemptions from registration and prospectus requirements
under NI 45-106; NI 31-103 and ASC Blanket Order 31-505.

 

Golden Arrow Entertainment Limited Partnership is offering up

to 398 Class “B” Units at $25,000 per unit. A copy of the
Subscription Agreement for units is available from the General Partner.

 

Golden Arrow Entertainment Limited Partnership’s initial
limited partner is Gerry Gionet, who holds 201 Class “A” Units of
the Limited Partnership.

 

The General Partner will provide a full 360 degree online business
strategy behind GEOBET and will oversee and control all aspects
of the international business.
